Work orders for outside vendors can be formatted as a Request for Quote and
Purchase Order. The RFQ allows multiple vendors to be addressed. As the quotes come in they can be entered for comparison and storage. If a vendor is chosen a P.O. can be created with your number or a number generated by the software. Then the work can be tracked.Click here to view a picture of the screen (196 kb).
